Benefits
Vacances
We close for four weeks each year and everyone takes their vacation at the same time: two weeks in the summer and two weeks during the winter holiday season. In addition, the company offers five paid days per year for personal use.
Training and bonuses
You can take up to 10 hours per month to attend training related to your role. The company offers you a bonus when you complete a certification that has been approved by your manager.
Family
You may have unexpected events or important appointments that arise. We understand this and offer you the possibility of being absent for short periods of time with 24 hours notice. You'll be able to make up your time at your convenience.
Telecommuting
You can work from home and avoid travel! We maintain team cohesion with chat and video conferencing tools. Once a month, we meet in person at our coworking offices.
Flexible hours
You can start and finish at any time that’s convenient for you, as long as you are at work during the shared hours of 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Are you an early riser or a late sleeper? Take advantage of it!
