Roles and responsibilities
  • Participate in strategic meetings with clients;
  • Understand and validate client business objectives to align strategy;
  • Propose (sell) relevant diagnostics;
  • Analyze a client’s industry, competition and assess the client’s visibility potential;
  • Prepare and write digital marketing plans and present (sell) them to clients;
  • Develop bids;
  • Meet with clients during strategic planning during the year;
  • Manage client relationships and deal with client requests with the team on a monthly basis;
  • Plan and coordinate the activities to be carried out with the team according to the client’s marketing plan;
  • Collaborate in the revision process of visual creatives and texts in alignment with the strategy;
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns to ensure performance against established indicators and take action when required and communicate this to the client;
  • Grow ongoing mandates (sales);
  • Participate in the internal skills development program for the company’s areas of activity;
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the company’s processes, methodologies and management tools and its workstation;
  • Carry out various administrative tasks related to management and customer relations;
  • Keeping abreast of and applying best practices in his/her field of activity.
Competencies
  • Person with more than 2 years experience as a marketing strategist in a marketing agency;
  • University degree, college diploma; or equivalent (certifications);
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEM (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and SEO;
  • Good knowledge of the Google Analytics platform;
  • Excellent ability to understand clients’ business needs in order to analyze, synthesize and propose effective solutions;
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed clients’ profitability objectives;
  • Excellent communicator / natural sales talent;
  • Results-oriented
  • Team player
  • Good time and priority management
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written;
  • Good written English is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Google Drive);

  • Flexible working hours between 35 and 40 hours per week

  • Salary: Between $30 and $40/hour depending on experience and skills
  • 10% commission on the sale of services
