147 Qualified Leads, A Multichannel Digital Strategy for Les Entrepreneurs Bucaro

Context

Bucaro is a landscaping and paving contractor in Montreal that has been completing residential and commercial projects since 1962. The company specializes in asphalt, interlocking pavers, excavation, grading, retaining walls, and complete landscaping projects.

Bridge Media has been working with Bucaro since April 2025 with two main objectives: increasing brand awareness and generating more qualified leads for its interlocking paver and asphalt services. The mandate places greater emphasis on interlocking pavers, which represent 70% of the marketing efforts, compared with 30% for asphalt.

During the first year of the collaboration, the strategy focused on CRO and SEO website optimizations, combined with Google Ads campaigns. In the second year, the strategy was expanded to include CRO, SEO, and GEO optimizations, along with Google Ads and the addition of Meta Ads campaigns.

A strategic deployment

Several actions were implemented to increase both Bucaro’s visibility and the number of qualified leads.

  1. CRO optimization of service pages
The main service pages were reworked to improve the user journey and encourage more visitors to contact the company.
  2. SEO restructuring of the website
Services were organized more precisely based on actual customer searches so that the main keyword groups could lead to more relevant landing pages. Additional elements, including FAQs, were also added.
  3. Intent-driven Google Ads campaigns
The campaigns are designed to reach users actively searching for asphalt or interlocking paver services, with segmentation that makes it possible to measure the performance of each service separately.
  4. Conversion quality validation
Rather than relying only on the data reported by Google Ads, submitted forms are reviewed to confirm that they correspond to genuine potential projects.
  5. Addition of Meta Lead Ads
In the second year, Meta Ads was added to the strategy to diversify acquisition channels. Between April and August, these campaigns generated 42 inquiries for real projects at just $19 per conversion.
  6. A digital strategy that evolves year after year
After an initial phase focused mainly on CRO, SEO, and Google Ads, the mandate was expanded in the second year to include GEO and Meta Ads, creating more touchpoints and additional growth opportunities.
