221 Keywords on Google: the SEO Strategy Behind Harkins’ Growth

Context

Harkins is a family-owned company that has specialized in Scandinavian log construction and timber framing since 2000. Nearly 25 years later, the Laurentians-based company has become a recognized name in log homes, cottages, and timber frame construction.

Despite its success, Harkins’ branding and website, which dated back to the early 2010s, were in need of an update. The company therefore wanted to undertake a major brand refresh while also improving the organic search rankings of its website for the keywords “log homes” and “timber frame.”

Having already worked with Bridge Media for several years, Harkins turned to us for this mandate.
