Context

Paysagement Trottier Landscaping is a company specializing in high-end landscaping and commercial snow removal. It serves both residential and commercial clients with seasonal services ranging from outdoor space development to winter maintenance.

Bridge Media has been working with Paysagement Trottier Landscaping since September 2025 to support three complementary objectives: increasing brand awareness, generating more qualified leads, and supporting recruitment efforts.

The client continued to manage part of its marketing internally, while Bridge Media was entrusted with targeted strategic initiatives, particularly paid acquisition and recruitment.

During the first year of the partnership, several channels were activated based on the objectives of each service: full-funnel Meta campaigns for landscaping, Google Ads Search campaigns for commercial snow removal, Meta Lead Ads campaigns for recruitment, and optimization of the company’s LinkedIn account.

A strategic deployment

Several actions were implemented throughout the year to address different objectives.

  1. A full-funnel strategy for high-end landscaping
Six Meta campaigns were deployed using a progressive approach: brand awareness in the fall, audience warming during the winter, followed by retargeting and lookalike audiences in the spring and summer.
  2. Search campaigns adapted to a more limited B2B market
For commercial snow removal, keywords were intentionally broadened to generate sufficient search volume. However, the ad copy remained fully focused on commercial services to better filter out irrelevant residential searches.
  3. Building demand ahead of peak season
The Meta strategy for landscaping was designed to build warm audiences several months before spring. These audiences could then be retargeted when purchase intent became stronger.
  4. Recruitment campaigns focused on both volume and quality
Three lead generation campaigns were launched using Meta instant forms. The process was then refined by adding open-ended questions to better qualify candidates before the pre-screening stage.
  5. Continuous optimization based on results
Campaigns were adjusted based on the quality of the leads and applications generated, rather than focusing solely on volume.
  6. Additional brand support
Alongside the advertising campaigns, Paysagement Trottier Landscaping’s LinkedIn account was optimized to strengthen its professional presence and support its brand image among its different audiences.
