Vacation
The company closes for three weeks each year: two weeks in the summer and one week over the holiday season, in addition to Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Employees can generally take their vacation at a time that works for them.
Family
Unexpected events or important appointments may come up. We understand this and offer you the option to take short periods of leave with 24 hours' notice. You can make up the hours at your convenience.
Flexible schedule
As for your work schedule, you can start and finish whenever suits you best, provided you are at work during the core hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Are you an early bird? A night owl? Take advantage of it!
